Founder Chairman of the Bank

M. K. Raghavan is a distinguished Indian political leader and public servant with decades of experience in governance, policy advocacy, and institutional leadership. As the Founder Chairman of the Bank, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the institution’s vision, values, and long-term commitment to ethical and community-focused banking.

Born in Payyannur, Kerala, Mr. Raghavan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership rooted in public service and social responsibility. His guidance as Founder Chairman reflects a deep understanding of grassroots realities, economic inclusion, and cooperative principles.

Currently, he serves as a Member of the Lok Sabha, representing the Kozhikode Lok Sabha constituency of Kerala, and holds the position of Secretary of the Congress Parliamentary Party (CPP).
